"Giant Hunter Turtle"

I was asked by Kevin Siembieda to come up with several mutated or demonic dinosaur concepts for the book "Dinosaur Swamp", which was published in 2005. The creatures in the swamp were to be based on a dinosaur theme, but they were to have been influenced by the presence of "Rifts", which allowed for extra dimensional characteristics. This is one of the resulting images.
